Meeting in person is always a high priority, even if travel is involved, as this ensures we only present candidates that clients will want to hire. Headhunting and Screening
Our consultants take a proactive approach to sourcing the best candidates in the market. First, we reach out to our database of passive candidates who we have been talking to for years. Next, we headhunt new candidates for each and every role. All candidates are screened by us as part of a selective process before being introduced to clients.
Managing the process
Hiring managers do not have time to handle every twist and turn of an interview process. Our consultants take that load. We provide comprehensive candidate overviews; are sticklers for detailed feedback on both sides; and have years of expertise handling complicated salary negotiations and counter-offer situations.
